Welcome

In 1997 Behavior Therapy Clinic (BTC) was formed as a private agency that serves individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Pervasive Developmental Disabilities. Applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we’ve developed individualized treatment programs for the home, school, and community settings.

BTC holds a Nonpublic Agency Certification from the California Department of Education as well as a vendor contract with the California Regional Centers. BTC has worked collaboratively with public school districts in Los Angeles county along with numerous charter and private schools.

BTC provides direct services for individuals and their families in the Los Angeles area and we are also available for consultation outside of the Los Angeles area.

BTC is available for private consultation and treatment as well. BTC is a preferred provider for the major and smaller Insurance carriers, school districts and numerous charter and private schools.

Currently BTC offers services in the following areas:

  • Functional Behavior Assessments

  • Early Intervention

  • Discrete Trial Teaching

  • Intensive ABA Intervention

  • Parent consultation/training

  • School based treatment

  • Adaptive skills training

  • Family and individual counseling

Our Approach

We believe every person who walks through our doors is a unique individual, each with their own set of strengths and challenges. No matter what needs an individual may have, our work uncovers exactly how to connect with the family and design an individualized treatment program that significantly improves their life. To accomplish this, each program is overseen by a supervisor skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis.
